During park hours, at least one concession stand is always open. Outside food, beverages, or alcohol are not allowed inside the park. Menu items are subject to change. Vendors close approximately 30 minutes before the site closes.

The beloved Bella Vista BYOB brings much anticipated fresh seafood offerings to the Waterfront. The menu features:

Somerset Splits
Somerset Splits, also known as the Sundae Palace, is located in Port Richmond but is debuting a pop-up at Spruce Street Harbor Park this summer. It is known for its daily specials, reinventing classics, and keeping things simple with its handcrafted ice cream.
